These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MV Technology Inc ("MV Technology," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website at mvtechnologyinc.com, our AI website builder, our website chatbot, and the services we provide (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services to learn about MV Technology, request quotes, generate website previews, and communicate with us. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or to any systems or data they connect to.

2. Information you provide is voluntary

Any information you enter on our website — through contact and quote forms, the chatbot, the website builder, file uploads, or any other feature — is provided voluntarily and of your own free will. By submitting it, you understand and agree that:

• The information will be recorded and stored by MV Technology.
• Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and uploaded files) will be used to respond to you and to deliver the Services you've asked about.
• You should only submit information you have the right to share, and you're responsible for the accuracy of what you provide.
• How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@mvtechnologyinc.com, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. The AI website builder and previews

Our website builder uses artificial intelligence to generate website previews based on the information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• Previews are AI-generated drafts and may contain inaccuracies, placeholder content, or stock imagery. They are illustrative, not final deliverables.
• Generating or viewing a preview does not create a contract for design work, hosting, or any other service. A binding engagement begins only when we both agree to a written scope and pricing.
• Pricing shown on the site (for example, the website builder, custom websites, or GoDaddy replacement) is a starting estimate and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
• Stock images shown in previews are provided by third parties for illustration and are not licensed to you unless we arrange that as part of a paid engagement.

4. Chatbot

Our website chatbot is an automated assistant powered by AI. It can make mistakes and may not always be accurate or complete. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and information it provides does not constitute a binding offer. For anything important — especially pricing and technical specifics — we'll confirm directly with you.

5. Fees, quotes, and engagements

Quotes and estimates are provided for planning purposes and may change based on final scope, third-party costs, and your requirements. Any paid engagement is governed by the written proposal, statement of work, or agreement we provide for that engagement, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms for that project.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including our website content, design, code, and branding, are owned by MV Technology or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by us in writing. Content you provide remains yours; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Services to you.

The Services rely on third parties — including Anthropic (AI), Google (analytics), Unsplash (imagery), Intelisys and its carriers (telecom quotes), and our email and hosting providers. Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MV Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MV Technology from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which MV Technology is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
